We seek opportunities where companies have already established a strong foundation, but where capital, operational support, and strategic discipline can accelerate growth and materially increase enterprise value.

Our strategy is centered on the small- and mid-cap segment, where we believe there is a compelling gap in the market. In Southeast Asia, private equity penetration remains well below many global and regional peers, while many attractive businesses remain under-institutionalized, fragmented, or subscale. This creates an environment where active investors can do more than simply provide capital—they can help build stronger, more scalable businesses.

Geographically, Teryx is anchored in Thailand while pursuing opportunities across Southeast Asia and selected broader Asian markets. This positioning allows us to combine local market understanding with regional perspective, benefiting from greater deal flow, broader exit pathways, and the ability to help successful companies expand beyond their home markets.

We are particularly attracted to situations where value can be created through operational improvement and strategic execution. That may include professionalizing management and governance, upgrading systems and reporting, expanding geographically across ASEAN, pursuing consolidation in fragmented sectors, or applying technology and AI to improve performance and efficiency. Our goal is to help founder-led and family-led businesses evolve into more institutional, scalable platforms.

Sectorally, we focus on areas where long-term structural tailwinds and operational value creation can work together. These include wellness and longevity, food and beverage platforms, specialty manufacturing, and fintech and financial infrastructure, with AI serving as an important overlay across the portfolio rather than as a standalone theme.

Ultimately, our strategy is designed not only to grow businesses, but to position them for attractive exits. By scaling subscale ventures, institutionalizing operations, and building regional relevance, we aim to create assets that are compelling to larger private equity funds, strategic buyers, and other exit counterparts.
